The complicated tapestry of human existence is woven with threads of ancestry, history, and shared experiences. Central to this tapestry is the family lineage. Yet, what happens when it is incomplete?

My performance offers a unique lens through which explore forgotten narratives, providing a deeply personal "weaving bridge" to depict the lost connection.

The act of unravelling seemingly never ending braids that originates from the top of my head, is a powerful symbol of this lost. The pattern of braid, formed by the interweaving of individual threads of rope with my natural hair, becomes a poetic expression of the bonds that we hold with our families and its passage of time.
